In the following process, you will come into contact with an agent from our identification partner (Intrum AG). If the identification request is not within the opening hours of our agent, the identification must be paused, closed, and completed at a later point.
In this last step you are asked to have the following available:
- An international Passport or European ID
- A mobile device / desktop PC / laptop with an internet connection and a functioning camera
- Approximately 5 minutes of your time
