I would like to participate in the potential payout of the ETH hard fork in CHF. I consent to Bitcoin Suisse processing my request and to converting the potential ETH hard fork into CHF, as well as keeping or transferring the forked token in collective custody subject to the conditions outlined in the email "Important information – Handling of ETHW in context of Ethereum Merge" I received.
Increase my ETH staking position
I confirm that I hereby instruct Bitcoin Suisse to process my order to increase my current ETH staking position (i.e. Entry order) to the minimum of 32 ETH or a multiple thereof. This service will be free of charge. I also confirm that I have ensured that my Bitcoin Suisse trading account holds sufficient ETH to enable the mentioned increase.
By instructing Bitcoin Suisse to increase my current ETH staking position, I also accept:
- The new Ethereum Staking Terms Annex
- Both accrued and new ETH staking rewards will be credited to my Bitcoin Suisse Online trading account.
- That to move to the new staking product, my accrued rewards may for technical reasons be transferred from Separated to Collective Custody.
Reduce my ETH staking position
I confirm that I hereby instruct Bitcoin Suisse to process my order to reduce my current ETH staking position (i.e. Exit order) to the next lower multiple of 32 ETH or the minimum of 32 ETH. I also confirm that I agree to be credited the difference between my current and my reduced staking position to my Bitcoin Suisse trading account. These services will be free of charge.
By instructing Bitcoin Suisse to reduce my current ETH staking position, I also accept:
- The new Ethereum Staking Terms Annex
- Both accrued and new ETH staking rewards will be credited to my Bitcoin Suisse Online trading account.
- That to move to the new staking product, my accrued rewards may for technical reasons be transferred from Separated to Collective Custody.
Fully Unstake my ETH staking position
I confirm that I hereby instruct Bitcoin Suisse to process my order to fully unstake my current ETH staking position (i.e. Exit order) and to credit the respective amount to my Bitcoin Suisse trading account. My accrued ETH staking rewards will be credited to my Bitcoin Suisse Online trading account. This service will be free of charge.
Upon clicking “Confirm”, you will be entered into the respective process queue and receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Kindly also check your spam or promotional folder. Please be aware that the duration of the execution of your order depends on several factors over which Bitcoin Suisse does not necessarily have influence. Such factors include among others the actual date of the Shanghai Upgrade, the length of the exit queue, or the time needed to adjust our systems. Also, moving the Ethereum staking accounts to the new product might take some time. Therefore, in total, the process can take up to several weeks.
Keep my ETH staking position
I confirm that I would like to keep my current ETH staking position. Moving your Ethereum staking account to the new product will be free of charge.
By keeping my current ETH staking position, I accept:
- The new Ethereum Staking Terms Annex
- Both accrued and new ETH staking rewards will be credited to my Bitcoin Suisse Online trading account.
- That to move to the new staking product, my accrued rewards may for technical reasons be transferred from Separated to Collective Custody.

I confirm that I hereby instruct Bitcoin Suisse to process my order to fully unstake my current ETH staking position (i.e. Exit order) and to credit the respective amount to my Bitcoin Suisse trading account. This service will be free of charge.
By instructing Bitcoin Suisse to fully unstake my current ETH staking position, I confirm that I have read and understood the information provided below:
- Exit Lockup Period: I acknowledge that, when requesting a full unstake of my ETH staking position (i.e. an Exit), the withdrawal of ETH may be subject to an Exit Lockup Period. This consists of two parts – (1) length of exit queue, (2) withdrawal delay and withdrawal processing – as defined by the Ethereum protocol. In case I am subject to the Exit Lockup Period, I will receive Rewards and my staked assets remain at risk of Slashing during the first part. During the second part I will not receive any Rewards nor will my staked assets be at risk of Slashing. I further acknowledge, that BTCS has no control over the Exit Lockup Period and its duration.
- Rewards & Rewards Lockup Period: In case I receive Rewards, I acknowledge that Bitcoin Suisse will credit them to my trading account within reasonable time and that they remain locked until the expiry of the Rewards Lockup Period. I also acknowledge and agree that Bitcoin Suisse may transfer all or part of the Rewards from Separated Custody to Collective Custody and henceforth hold the Rewards in Collective Custody until the applicable threshold amount as defined by Bitcoin Suisse has been reached. My accrued Rewards will be credited to my Bitcoin Suisse Online trading account.
- Splitting of Exit orders: I acknowledge and agree that Bitcoin Suisse may split the processing of my Exit order for operational or technical reasons. Therefore, I am aware that the full execution of my Exit order may take additional time.
- Transfers of ETH from Separated to Collective Custody: I agree that following an Exit, Bitcoin Suisse may transfer all or part of the Crypto Assets, which are subject to my Exit order, including accrued Rewards, from Separated Custody to Collective Custody and henceforth hold these Crypto Assets in Collective Custody until the applicable threshold amount as defined by Bitcoin Suisse has been reached.
